General Terms and Conditions

Consumer information for distance contracts

and customer information for contracts in electronic commerce

 

§ 1 Scope

The following terms and conditions in the version that is valid at the time of the order apply for business relationships between us and the customer for orders via the Internet shop.

§ 2 Conclusion of the contract

The presentation of our products on our website solely represents a request to the customer to place a contract offer.

When the customer submits an order, they are making an offer as defined in Section 145 of the German Civil Code. The customer will receive confirmation by e-mail that the order has been received.

The contract with us is concluded when we accept the customer’s offer within two working days of the order being placed in written or text form. The decisive factor here is the time when the declaration of acceptance is received by the customer.

A working day is any calendar day that is not a Sunday or German legal national holiday.

§ 3 Delivery, shipping costs, passing of risk

The items will be delivered for the shipping costs specified in each individual case. If the customer is a consumer, we shall bear the shipping risk in any case regardless of the shipping method. If the customer is a company, all risks and hazards involved in shipment pass to the customer once we have handed over the goods to the authorised logistics partner.

§ 4 Retention of title             

The delivered goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.

§ 5 Payment

We will accept only the payment methods indicated to the customer during the order process.

§ 6 Warranty for defects

The statutory warranty rights for defects apply.

§ 7 Consumer information for distance contracts and customer information for contracts in electronic commerce

a) We are not subject to specific codes of conduct not mentioned above.

b) You can identify any errors made when placing your order during the final confirmation before submitting your contractual declaration and correct them at any time before sending the order by using the delete and modify function.

c) You can find the main properties of the goods offered by us as well as the validity period of limited offers in the individual product descriptions on our website.

d) The language used for concluding the contract is German.

e) You can raise complaints and warranty claims for defects at the address given in the information on the provider.

f) The contract text is not stored by us and you cannot therefore access it through us after the contract has been concluded.

g) You can find information on payment, delivery and performance in the offer.

§ 8 Miscellaneous

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply to the contractual relationship between us and the customer and the respective terms and conditions. If the customer is a consumer, the legal regulations and laws for protecting the consumer that are applicable in accordance with the law of the country in which the consumer has their ordinary residence, which cannot be derogated from by agreement, remain unaffected by this agreement. Application of UN purchasing law is excluded.
